MMU Load Failed

I'm having issues getting my printer to load reliably. This hasn't been a problem in the past, but I left the printer alone for about 2 months and came back to a few problems.

When loading, the filament grinds and pops as soon as it get to the Bondtech gears. I've cleaned all gears in the MMU and in the extruder housing to ensure there is no filament stuck in the teeth. I also recalibrated my IR sensor and can watch it correctly trigger during the load sequence. The filament still grinds, and then the MMU tries to load again.

There was originally a flicker of a 0 on the IR sensor, but recalibrating the sensor fixed it. To successfully load the filament I need to remove the bowden tube and push it down into the housing manually during the load. It still grinds, but eventually grabs and loads.

RE: MMU Load Failed

Hello,

So re-calibrating the IR sensor fixed the issue of the extruder not accepting the filament? i am having the same issue and have had it all put together for a bout a month now and have not been able to successfully print a multi-color print yet.
