RE: MMU crashes to the left
The MMU will do its referencing by detecting the resistance to the right side. That squeaky noise and the jerky movement are signs that the selector can't move freely.
Maybe the knife does scratch or the nut sits crooked.
You can try to move the selector to position 6 using the right button and then restart the printer for a new reference run. But you should work on making the selector move freely and smoothly.

Thanks for your comment!The blockage is indeed there, that is the left side. The selector smashes against the side. It seems as if the selector has suddenly lost its zero point / reference point.
All the way to the right and then restart fixed it. Thanks!
