I3 Mk3 with MMU
I haven't used my printer for a while and i decided to update the software yesterday with the latest available files. Since then I am unable to do anything with my printer at all. i cant update the mmu or even do a reset. Enclosed are a few pictures and of the mmu as to what its doing. You are unable to select anything with the button above the x.

I had some odd problems with 3.11 firmware also so I went back to using 3.10 files. Nothing as bad as you seem to be experiencing though. Maybe try to older firmware.

I managed to get all the lights back on the mmu but still unable to do a factory reset on it. The main selection button still doesn't work. So i think I will try what you suggested and try an earlier version and see what happens. Thanks, will report back after previous update has been loaded

Installed 3.10 files and no difference, still unable to work/operate the printer via the selection button, so going to check connections on the board. Also still unable to do a factory reset on the mmu.
