Filament selector unaligned

I recently installed the MMU2S on my MK2.5s. After doing some experimenting, I have found that filaments 1,2, and 3 are able to load very easily. However, filament 4 cannot load at all. To see if the issue was due to misalignment, I turned off the printer and slightly moved the threaded rod with the selector to position it correctly (saw this test on another forum post). I turned the printer back on and filament 4 loaded very smoothly. This proves that the issue is misalignment. I am on the latest firmware for both the printer and MMU2s unit. What do I do to fix this?
