Festo fitting QSM-M5 subsitute

There seems to be a slight blockage on one end of the PTFE tube feeding into the extruder. I am unable to remove the Festo fitting at that end (the other end removes ok).

Does anybody know if 4mm Air Pipe Pneumatic Quick Fittings Male Thread Straight Push Connector for Quick Connection(PC4-M5 20pcs) from Amazon would be suitable replacement?  Getting a replacement from Prusa direct is an option, but would like to avoid high delivery cost.  Seen some on eBay as well but guessing that would have a long delivery time as they are from China.

In case it helps anybody else, the above fittings attach OK but the filament doesn't feed through it smoothly as the hole in the screw is only just wide enough.  You can get the filament through it by hand but it won't feed automatically and there is too much friction for it to operate properly.

RE:

I sometimes use this type of QSM-M5 (from aliexpress) on the last ptfe tube from the extruder to the mmu2s and it does the job.

I also replaced the prusa rear coupler with this one from thinkiverse.com, and now it's easier to run the fillament through the mmu2s.

The documentation does write that the couplers are m5.
