Colorprint on MMU2S Single use
I loaded filament in my MMU2S at slot 1 and 2.
I sliced an object added 2 Colorprint filament changes.
When the filament change was reached the extruder went to the lower right but there was no reminder sound.
The LCD asked to pull the filament from slot 1 and load next filament rather than ask which slot the next filament was in!
This defeats the purpose of the MMU!!
Is this something that can be changed in the next Firmware update?

think you did it wrong.
I think the color change you did was for "at Z change filament"
separate the stl file for you can pick filament 1 for one stl and filament 2 for the other.
OR you can make a modifier on your STL say a box, and put it on your model, select filament 2 for the modifier.
