Spring Steel Sheet for i3 Mk3?

Hello Guys,

I want to purchase a new Spring Steel Sheet for i3 Mk3, but I cannot find it in the online shop.
Is this actually sold as a spare part?

Why it is so complicated? The problem is that the printer has been ordered from a person which is not any more in the company (it is not a private printer). I don`t have the account from which it has been ordered.

Contact support. I'm sure they can help you out. PM one of the Prusa guys here if all else fails.

I suspect Prusa wants to make sure their paying customers have a good supply and avoid the rush of $200 knock-off purchasers depleting inventory.

I'm sure if you hit them up on a live chat and tell them that you're now the owner they will set you up. They may ask for a copy of the serial number or something.
