MMU2S Did not change filaments but kept printing

Hi Everyone,

Something strange happened, but I was printing a multi-material print (PETG + Verbatim VBOH) and everything was going ok, until the print was between 5.4 and 6.2mm in Z. Then, the printer never switched materials. It was strange, like it was going to stop and do a toolchange, but then it kept printing with the VBOH. So I stopped the print. I attached the GCode, but I cannot figure out why the print did not change materials. The Slicer shows that there should have been a tool change.

This nearly exactly describes the problem I am looking at. I have taken an example multi material code from the slicer samples. All looks good in slicer and when I look at the GCODE viewer on Octopi, it shows the colour change. It does the first layer for colour one, goes to the wipe tower, starts to retract the filament and then reloads the same filament and continues to print the next colour sections using the same filament. I have a single colour model and a single colour wipe tower!

Any ideas?
