missing parts
I purchased the mk3 and multimaterial last May and finally got the combined package about a week ago.
I put the printer together and that went really well. I'm working through a minor glitch with the MK3 and that will get resolved soon I think
But when I went to start the multi-material build I weirdly found the box that contains the three steppers only had one!!!...the one with the screw and nut.
How do I get Prusa to send me the other two motors.
I've already sent a message to them directly and I've heard nothing in reply for a week.
any ideas on how to get the other two motors????

Have you talked to Online CHAT? It sounds to me that you got the motors for a MMU1 to MMU2 upgrade for MK2-S instead of the full MMU 2.0 kit. If that is true you might be missing some other pieces.
I never had the MK2-S or MMU 1.0, but I had read something to this affect while reading posts. Maybe some others or CHAT can verify.
