This should be part of the MMU, not a mod
So @wpegden pointed me to this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3233579, it should be part of the MMU, before you take your printer apart, print this one out then do the install, you will need to order some pass through fittings to piut in to it, but darned if it doesn't work and make it so you can't pinch the PTFE tubes.

You can do this upgrade even on already installed MMU2. The screws are easy reachable from above.
