No initializing after firmware upgrade
Hi,
I have a I3 MK3 printer working well. Now I'm finishing the installation of MMU 2.0. I've switched it on a couple of times, and could see the initialization "dancing" (the selector moved to the right and to the left). Also I could load two filaments. All seemed normal to me.
After that I made the MMU2 firmware upgrade, to 1.0.3-212, using the SLIC3R and the miniUSB, all succesful and verified on the display.
The thing is that now when I switch on the printer, the MMU remains still, it doesn't do the initial movements. It responds ok to left, right and load buttons, but I need to start the filament calibration process, and this is not possible without the initial movements. I also notice now tha filaments are loaded into the MMU, but never reaches the extruder.
Please help.

Look here:
The behavior is normal, he initializes upon loading. But the alignment for the selector seems to be wrong!

The alignment works for me fine and haven't changed from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3. There must be something special on your unit.

Re: No initializing after firmware upgrade
Maybe, but 1.0.2 works fine and 1.0.3 does not. I reflashed twice, resetted to factory settings, doublechecked for something jamming but no help. Downgraded to 1.0.2 and the problem is gone.
Upon homing using 1.0.3 ,when I load filament, my selector drives to the left, jams/grinds and stops to far left. That’s the homing sequence for me with 1.0.3 😆
