First layer calibration stucked
Hi,
I just finished to assembly the Prusa MK3S + MMU2S (this is my second printer and on the first worked without issues). The problem is that when I start the first layer calibration the filament is continiously extruded but the extruder doesn't move from the home, so I have to reset the printer to stop extruding.
I thought could be a sensor problem, but I tester the IR sensor and seems to be calibrated, to be sure I tested the FINDA and the PINDA as well, and everyhhing works, I checked also all the electronics seems everything in the proper place.
RE: First layer calibration stucked
I figured out that the IR filament was broken. The calibration with the allen key worked but not the one with the filament.

@simone
I think that the IR sensor is not defective, otherwise it would not work when inserting the allen key. I rather think that it is not adjusted correctly.

RE: First layer calibration stucked
I have the same problem
At first the printer printed fine
Problems soon with the infill, too thin or incomplete
A recalibration failed on the first shift.
Extruder conveys filament, but does not move to the right.
No more printing possible
Do you have solved the problem?
