Filament jamb into PTFE after 9-30 changes

Thoughts on the tips?  Already replaced tube, have the lock clip installed.  I do have the nozzle X installed.  ramming is 2.5 (stock I think), and 3 cooling moves.

I use a heat gun and gently remove it.

My filament jambs each time it retracts to change to a new filament.  Sometimes it jams at the hotend and other times it jambs in the ptfe tube coming from the MMU2S to the hotend.  Detailed information on ramming and cooling moves would be helpful.  I am at 4 cooling moves, and 2.00 seconds on ramming time, down from 2.5s.  I will keep trying based on trial and error.

I have had good luck switching out the stock PTFE with some capricorn PTFE. I measured to the exact length of the stock tube and "wallored" (lol) out the ends so entry would be easier. So far so good. Could try that.
