Cannot get past load errors!
MMU2S, assembled and followed everything in the TV Video from Chris's Basement.
I was getting frequent (50% of the time) unload errors where the filament was getting stuck in the PTFE tube between the MMU2S and the Extruder. So I increased cooling moves to three, and swapped out the top plate of the extruder for a pass through tube fittings, and did the same with the rear of the unit where the five tubes connect...those now have pass through fittings as well.
Now I get consistent (again, 50% of the time) load errors. I'll try to attach a picture of what the tips look like. They seem to be not nearly as fat now, so unloading is not an issue, but they are a bit stringy.
My settings are default except the cooling moves. I have printed in 5 degree increments from 190-220 degrees, with zero impact to the issue. If anything it gets worse as the temp goes up, but if I get too cold I start to get jamming in the hotend. I have tried both Prusa PLA and Hatchbox PLA with the same results.
I've read about trying This Part as well as playing with retraction/unload speeds as well as ramming adjustments, but not really sure what to try first.
It also seems to do it with any of the five filament stations, and I have double and then triple checked the calibration of each extruder feed length via the secret menu.
Any suggestions?

Those black tips look wrong to me. Is that burnt filament? (But I think burnt filament would look brown)
Or is that left over from black filament that had been loaded before? If there are filament strings in the selector or the ptfe tube these will get pushed by the filament that gets loaded and could get stuck.
If that black filament is a higher temp filament it could block the nozzle if the temp is to low to extrude it.
Load Errors
The black tips are actually the previous filament. The black filament was unloaded, and trying to load white filament, it fails. What I don't know is if it was loaded, and then unloaded withthe black attached (I assume this) or if it was there the whole time before the load (meaning it was pulled out at retraction of the previous filament).
All filaments (when I try it) are the same material and same temp. So I do Hatchbox PLA with Hatchbox PLA, or Prusa PLA with Prusa PLA, to avoid temperature difference issues.
I've heard the long stringing is usually a sign of too high of an extrusion temperature, but it even does it at 195 degrees, at which point I start to get jamming of the extruder (I'm assuming as the temp is too low to extrude).

It's also a sign of damp filament; look up any of the threads on here about drying filament.
