All five LEDs flash red and green on MMU2S

I made an MK3 upgrade to MK3S, assembled the MMU2S unit, plugged in the cables and started up. Upon startup, I have also upgraded the firmware in both the MK3S and MM2S printers. After the firmware was loaded, I started XYZ axis calibration because I had to disassemble the extruder. Axis calibration was fine and the time to calibrate the first layer came.
Here begins my problem. In the printer, I chose to load filament 1 in the menu and confirm with the wheel.
In the MMU, the idler turned to the end position and started to click, then the selector left to right and red-green diodes flashed on the unit.
Next, I followed the MMU2S manual, Chapter 13.4, and checked the wiring and tightening of the screws on the leads. I checked idler rotation and free selector feed. Setting the Find Sensor and IR Sensor, I tried the boot process with the MMU flipped open and the same run.
In the links below, I uploaded videos of the introduction attempts.
Video, attempt to load filament
Video, progress homing process
Please help, I don't know how to check MMU board or engines
Thank you

RE: All five LEDs flash red and green on MMU2S

Good day everyone
I want to share with you how I solve my MMU2s problem. I sent a technical support request via email, we checked the wiring and response of the sensors. Finally, it turned out to be a very rare error in the electronic board. Support immediately sent me a new one and now everything works as it should.
Thank you Technical Support. I wish you a happy print
