Just got Zimpure 2 and now printing suction head for it. Unfortunately Zimpure is pretty loud. I'd say louder than MK3 in normal mode 🙁

UPDATE: anyone managed to print suction head which fits MK3? The nozzle part is not leveled and cant get the blower scre to catch nut inside suction head.

Yes, i have the same problem. Tested with Pla, Pet, and ABS. I told them to improve their suction head. 😉

I hope they can improve it... The Zimpure air purifier is a nice idea...

Update: Just tested in Pla. Better but the head is too short to be attached

One other thing, i did not print Brace25.stl (I replaced the M3-10 screw from the heatbed by a M3-8)

The Zimpure work really well. Whatever I print there is zero detectable smell.

I have one I purchased from a UK company because they were local to me. I was lucky because there are not many places to buy in the UK.

How you guys manage to print suction head that does not look like crap? Zimpure says to print it without supports, but thats pretty much impossible.

Try printing at 0.15mm
Support on build plate only
contact Z distance 0.07 (do not do 0.7 or you will have a big mess)

Does it work with r3 extruder? Do the filters still work, any annoyances before I order my own? 😀

Yeah, I'm interested in this. Anyone that has recent experience with one? How does it work? How hard was installation? And, any issues with printing with the added weight of the suction device on the extruder?
