Revo Nozzle Stuck

I recently installed my Revo Six and have been printing fine for a few days. I have done several nozzle swaps with no problem. Now, when I try to remove my 0.25mm nozzle, it won't budge. I tried using pliers and it doesn't work either. I even tried heating it to 180C, which also does nothing. Is there any way I can remove my nozzle without damaging anything? I have already properly unloaded the filament. Any help would be appreciated.

I am currently trying to contact E3D, but since they are in GMT, and I live in the US, the time difference slowing down the communication.

That is understandable.  I am using a REVO and have not had this issue.  What filament?

Sorry for the late reply, I was able to contact E3D and after trying to clean the nozzle with tweezers and other methods, I just asked for a new nozzle and heater and they sent me a free replacement and a tracking link with no questions asked. I came across this issue with my new Revo heater and nozzle and I was able to remove it at printing temperatures (215C). I have not have the issue again since. Hope this helps.

I have not had the issue after 100+ hours printing on my Revo.

Thanks have a ticket open will see what they say  - Did you use a tool or something to remove when it was at printing temps?

I removed the silicone sock while cold and then used pliers (you have to squeeze very hard) to unscrew it when hot.

This started happening to me again, but I was able to resolve it by removing the sock, preheating the nozzle, and using pliers to unscrew partially. I noticed that this usually happens after printing flexibles (flexibles seem to really like sticking to my Revo nozzle) or when a blob shoves molten filament between the nozzle and HeaterCore.

I had that happen to me last week, and at the request of E3D support, dissembled it and tried to get it unstuck with pliers - which broke the ceramic and as a result E3D told me it was not their fault.  Since it was destroyed anyway, I tried channel locks as it was an Obxidian nozzle which isn't in stock ANYWHERE.  Will not budge, completely fused,

I replaced the heater core, reassembled and have run several test prints which went ok until my obxidian .4 wouldn't feed on a filament swap.  I was able to unload the filament and switched to a brass.6, which seemed fine although it seemed 'off' when I screwed and unscrewed it - just didn't feel right so I removed it and installed a brand new .25.  I've never used that fine a nozzle, so I did a 1st layer calibration just to see what it looked like and it came out perfect.  All seemed well, so I setup a sample (35 minute) print, made sure the first 2-3 layers were good and went to bed.  

This morning I get up and find it had gummed up and raged all the pieces into a clump before stopping the print and waiting for attention.  No idea what triggered the clump, but I've found that Revo's seem to pick up a lot of goobers as they print and I have to brass brush them after most prints.

The nice thing was the print stopped before it went too far and it popped right off.  I decided I liked the .4 results better than the .25 so I went to remove the nozzle to swap it out.  F*ing thing is fused to the heater core.  AGAIN. I can't get it off even sitting here on my desk disassembled.  

I'm reaching out to e3d right now, but I don't know what I will do if they try to claim it was my fault this time.  I'm out potentially 3 of their expensive nozzles and potentially two heater cores.
