Openable idler door for the MMU2s
The MMU2s idler door lever blocks the idler door from opening. It runs into the extruder body.
I've separated the lever from the idler door and secured it with an 8mm screw, so that the door can open without needing to remove the top-cap and idler door to access the gears. It's untested at this stage. I'll be testing it over the next little while.
