Octoprint/Obico does not display layer information
I've got Octoprint & Obico working well on my KM3S+, except for one near trivial item.
The "print progress" display section has a line for the layer number currently being printed,
and the total number of layers in the job. No value is shown

I have also noticed (which might be related) that the timelapse camera recordings do not trigger a frame
when the Z position goes up.
