Be careful when removing a nozzle: cracked heater block
The heater block can be somewhat fragile. Fortunately, I had a spare that I wasn't using that could replace it.
Maybe someone else can learn from my foolishness: Make sure you heat up the hotend before trying to remove the nozzle on your hotend in your kit, even if it's brand new. In retrospect, it should've been obvious since the hotend is in a ready-to-print state in the kit, so it must've been tightened up while hot.

Its easy to damage the heat break as well. Except generally you have no way of knowing.
Gonna give my heat break to the prusa crew next time I see them to see if they can find anything wrong with it. (Visually)
