45 cm depth Rack enclosure
I noticed that I have a rackmount cabinet extra. A 9U cabinet, that has enough height and width for my MK3S, but the depth is something else. It is 45cm deep, but I have 40 CM on the MK3 available, if I remove the screen. But there is stil the cable and mount of the heated bed, which is about 3 cm plus the cable. This means, that it is extremely tight.
Does anyone remember having seen someone pulling off an enclosure with a 45cm rack. I imagine I would having to change the heatbed connector

If those are internal measurements, it will work and ti has been done.

@cwbullet
got a link for me on it? I've seen only builds of racks with a 60cm depth

There are a few alternate designs for the heat bed cable problem, here's one solution: there is nothing magic about the angle the wires are dressed.

@tim-2
Wow. That is tortuous cable flow. Looks like you have to bend them.
