Stopped prints with SImplify 3D

Hello guys! I have a problem. I used S3D for slicing and randomly my print stops and a "card inserted" is displayed on the lcd. really I don't know what's the problem with it. I tought it was a power issue and I moved to an ups but nothing changes...
Can you help me?

Do you use Simplify3D to control your printer or do you print from the SD card?

I use SImplify3D to create the gcode and put it on the sd, then I print from the sd

Well then it appears that you have an hardware issue somewhere.
Check first the LCD ribbon cable connection on both ends. If everything is Ok, you may have a bad LCD board. You should then contact the support through the chat of the shop.

Re: Stopped prints with SImplify 3D

in my eyes, that's no problem realted to S3D.

when the printer "looses" the sd-card content it's most likely either a bad contact, or a problem with the ribbon cables.
by the way: I don't recommend to use micro-SD cards in combination with an SD-card adapter. this often causes contact problems.
try to get "old" 256 or 512 MByte SD-cards.... they'll do best at our prusa.

if you have the ribbon cables in suspicion, swap them at the lcd 2004 module and at the rambo.

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...
