Moon print using 100% infill vs wall thickness layers

How to specify 100% infill for the layer of a shelled sphere so no support happens on the interior but the exterior wall is strong?

My buddy is using Cura and printed below Moon on thingiverse.  Instructions are for 100% infill and exterior support only or non at all.  I just got my mk3s running and would like to give this a shot.  However using Prusa Slicer, support blocker doesn't work by adding a rectangle to top half of hollowed sphere and using 100% infilll.  When infill is 100% it appears to ignore blockers.

However I get the result I wish for with infill 0% and set wall perimeters to 3 to 5.  However that's a different structure than infill.  Is this possible or should I just use wall thickness?

Thank you.

Adding a support Enforcer that doesn't reach top inside surface of shelled Moon.  And the sliced result.
