XYZ calibrate FAIL (newbie)

Hi
Just finished building i3 mk3 , self test runs fine, then goes to calibrate xyz and fails when printhead drops to the bed (Calibration failed! Check the axes and run again ) , was working before i updated to latest firmware FIRMWARE 3.1.1 RC4 B143 (DECEMBER 30, 2017)

Please try these steps and tell us what happens. We need more info to go on.

Yep checked all these things, same problem, doesn't seem to make a difference where pinda sensor is. Still fails..... 😥
