Unable to print more than a few layers using Ninjaflex
I have mk2s printer quite a while and succesfully printed more than 10kg of PLA objects. I now wanted to print some parts using NinjaFlex filament.
After only a few layers (which are printed perfectly), the extruder does not deliver any more material to the object. The extruder pulley is turning, but the filament seems to slide between the pulley and the bearing and no more material is delivered to the extruder. The printing can only be restored by unloading and loading the filament.
I tried different temparatur settings (from 210 to 240 degree), tried to tighten or loosen the extruder idler screws (from 10 - 15mm), lowering the printing speed (down to 900mm/Min). I did also unroll the filament to keep it loose and did a cleaining of the extruder. Nothing worked, I always have the same result, that after a few layers the filament is not delivered anymore.
