Problem with print rendered (very bad quality) - First print
Hello,
I just received my orinter assembled. I've done calibration. I tested the printing with a screw but the render is awfull! See pictures beside.
I build on Tin kercad then import on slic3r to make slicing and generate the gcode file.
What do I have wrong??

You have tried to run before you can crawl.
You need to start off printing some pre-sliced files, then download some simple objects slice and print those before moving on to complex objects with severe overhangs.
As you learn about the printer, you need to get the printer get it set up properly and adjust the slicer settings for your printer, environment and filament.

Well... What do I have to do then?... I'm totaly newbe and I didn't aware it was so technical with precise settings for a lot of things on the printer! :-((

If it were that simple, there would not be 20,000+ posts on these forums!
Yes, of course this printer can print your model - I have printed similar things many times - but I think I have already said where you should start.
There should be an SD card in your printer with some pre-sliced G-Code files on it. Try printing Prusa Logo file.

Yeah (but the photo angle means it's a little difficult to tell), it looks like loose belt or grub screw, plus it looks a little hot. And there may be some over-extrusion.
You should be able to take the same STL, slice it for yourself and get a print of that; compare the two models to get the best finish.
But the frog is not the best model for calibrating as it takes quite a long time. The Prusa logo is a much better starting point.

Ok. How can I slice "myself"? I import it to Slic3r and click on button "Slice now". Is there other ways to do that?
For information it is an assembled printer I ordered, so I didn't mount anything. So I suppose parts are well assembled (belt and screws). Here is a logo Prusa :
