Printer Calibration Issue

After having moved the printer when I start the XYZ calibration the print head rams into the side of the x axis and continues trying to go right until it finally stops, and then starts calibration.

Re: Printer Calibration Issue

Is your end stop working correctly? Did you try running the self test?

Re: Printer Calibration Issue

James,

I've encountered this a few times, too. I'm pretty sure it's bug. If you're doing calibrations, especially when you have to cancel due to it hitting the bed or something, and then adjust manually the X axis, it starts at +0.00 even though the extruder is in the middle of its belt. The best way I've found to deal with this (since turning the lever in the negative direction doesn't work since the printer thinks it's at 0.00) is to use calibration ->auto-home which seems to know to run independently, finding your x-axis endstop and then going down in Z.

Hope this helps.
