Print Failed after a certain height

I have assembled the printer exactly according to the manual. This was a print that failed, all verticals prints failing in the similar way. Flat prints come you brilliant. Could someone guide me how to fix this.
Thank you.

Re: Print Failed after a certain height

Hi Karan

First thing to check is the belt tightness. Make sure both X and Y belts "ping" like a guitar string.

What material are you using? PLA or ABS? If its ABS, make sure that the printer is away from any draft and that the part fan (at the back) is turned off whilst printing.

EDIT: One other thing - you need to ensure that the cables are routed correctly and do not interfere with X/Y movement at a particular height.
