Plagued by ripples
I cannot seem to get rid of these ripples. What things should I tweak to help smooth things out?

I am still getting ripples even with the latest Slic3er from http://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/ and using 0.25 Normal settings. Here is an image of that being printed.

Increase the distance between the printbed and nozzle. The ripples are excess plastic.

I am curious if reducing extrusion amount lower than 100% would accomplish the same?
