PLA Rough filament difficult to load!
HI,
I got problems to load filament with this one
3DOM Glass filled
Colorfabb BRONZEFILL
Marmo Monumental
I got a Prusa i3 Kit
The filament don't load why?
someone has the same problem?

Check if you've got the hobbed pulley aligned precisely with the PTFE tube opening.

No, you just unscrew the extruder idler and then try to put the filament in, you will be able to see the path of the filament. If you use the glass/brass/carbon filled filaments the nozzle will corrode and will need changing after some time 🙂
E3D has upgrade for this http://e3d-online.com/is-carbon-killing-your-nozzle we will probably start selling it too at some point 🙂

We use E3D V6Lite so it is compatible 🙂 Check out my print with bronzefill 🙂

To use the stainless steel nozzle, you just unscrew the brass one and put in the new one. Tighten it whole nozzle is heated to prevent leaking. You can do this without dissembling the extruder. 💡
