New build... How to fix bad motor connector?

Can anyone give some advice on how to best fix a bad motor connector (X-motor)?
I noticed that the blue wire was sticking out a little (see picture) and it turns out that the blue wire is actually completely loose... (I can easily pull it further out)
Apologies that the picture is quite blurred but I believe the problem is pretty visible.
How do you fix this? I have no experience with attaching this kind of connector to wires (don't even know how it's called).

There are 2 possible solutions:

1 - contact support via the live chat on the shop pages and give them a link to this thread.

2 - get out your toolkit. On the other side of the plug, there is a small hole with a metal tab inside; when you push down on the tab, it should release the metal ferrule to which the wire connects. Remake the connection, push the metal ferrule back into the plastic housing (the right way round) and plug in the connector, making sure that the ferrule does not cone out when inserting the connector.

@Peter: Many thanks for your reply. I did contact support to check on how to best proceed and pointed them to this thread, they will contact me.
In the meanwhile I also figured out that this type of connector is something like shown here https://ultimachine.com/content/254mm-1x4-connector-positive-latch-housing-kit-5-pack . This helps me understand your suggestion. I learn every day 🙂 .
