My MK2S first print, evaluate please, tx!
Hi,
just finished my assembly on MK2S and printed the PRUSA- logo. Calibrations all ok.
As a complete newbie to 3D printing, could someone evaluate the result? Is it tolerable or garbage? How to e.g. fintune the Z-level etc.
Thanks!

Please read this post and its first 5 pages at least for the Z tuning: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/life-adjust-z-my-way-t2981.html
The right gcode file is the fourth version.

Here is the bottom of the logo. Too much grooves?

looks pretty good. with a little bit of fine tuning (Z live adjust), I think you can improve it a tiny bit, so that the grooves will "melt" together and you get a more unique surface. but that's a bit nitpicking at a high level.
I wish my first setup was as good as yours.... 🙄
last month I just posted a picture of the logo printed at my own printer here.
