It is hard to tell from your picture, but your extruder bundle looks like it is hanging down very low, and may be dragging on the print which could cause a layer shift. Make sure it is elevated above the nozzle tip at all Z locations.
Too loose a tension on your belts is another cause of layer shifts.
It would be helpful to know which slicer you used, and with what settings (especially for the raft) to help us diagnose this.
Print a basic file from the SD card. If it prints fine, then it is likely a slicer setting issue, not a printer issue. If it does not we should focus on your hardware.

At the moment I'm using Cura, I'll test a profile from the SD card and go from there. Thanks! 🙂
