Imperfect Print Quality

Hello all! I recently built my Prusa I3 MK2 kit. I followed the manual for calibration and my printer passed every step, the only 'warning' I received was that my axis was slightly off. That's what calibration is for though 🙂 My first two prints were the Prusa logo. Same filament and settings both times. Both came out great and identical in every way.

My issues started when I attempted to print the frog. There seems to be layer shifting and just general ugliness.

I then switched to Hatchbox white PLA and attrmpted a first layer with different z settings. Came out good I believe.

Using the same filament I attempted another print I got this result.

This being my first experience with 3d printers, I am at a loss. Please help out.
