How close should the nozzle be to the bed?

I don't know if it should be touching the glass or just off the glass. So any help would be great

Mitch

For the Mk1, the nozzle gap with standard firmware is 0.23mm (or very slightly less) when hot. First layers should be printed at 0.25mm
