Help with this sound please?

Hi all,

This is a sound that started a few weeks after I built my Mk2 kit, it's just at one point on the Y axis when the bed goes backwards so the nozzle is towards the front and it makes this noise at the exact same point every time.

I just can't figure out what it is, I can't see anything rubbing and it seems like the sound is coming from the bed itself or something, almost like a creaking but I just cannot diagnose it.

I'd really appreciate anybody's help, the noise is driving me insane.
