Hi Lazaros,

watching the firmware sources, especially this file ( https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/blob/a271bf3d568821a66fb43d1321b6597ca52c0244/Firmware/variants/1_75mm-RAMBo13a-E3Dv6lite.h ) I would do as a wild guess, if you have a 1.75 mm based on RamboMini and E3Dv6file:

100k thermistor - best choice for EPCOS 100k (4.7k pullup)
