FW Bug Report?

I just recently built my MK2 and everything is working beautifully. The martian printed almost perfectly.
Last night, I was printing a part and realized the filament was tangled on the spool.
So I put the print in pause mode, then I selected unload filament and cleared the tangle.
This seemed like a typical action for pausing printing, to replace a nearly empty spool or other spool / filament issue.
So after the filament was reloaded and I restarted the print the print speed was about 5% speed.
The screen said it was still "loading filament" but it was printing, albeit very very slowly.
Not certain this is a bug or something I did wrong.
Also, before the printing resumed the screen briefly showed the color change screen asking me if the color was clear or if I still need to load the fiber.
Once I selected yes from the color change screen the printer resumed printing very very slowly.
I'm running Prusa i3 MK2 w/ 3.0.3 FW.
