Fixing the Heat Bed
Hello,
The heat bed was going up sometime out of the aluminium Y-carriage ..
So I fixed it with longer screws and a nut below .. I had to file the frame a little bit because it was bloking ..
Here are two pictures, I don't know if it usefull but in my case it helps

😯 what do you mean by "sometime going up"? Are you sure you are not doing something wrong?

BTW. It seems to me, that your wires from X-carriage/extruder are going way too down (it looks like it must touch heatbed when printing). Maybe just wrong impression from photo.

Roman is right, you need to include filament in the wire harness to keep it from hitting the print.

Hello .. by going up I mean the head bed screws were going sometime 1 or 2 mm out of the holes of the Y carriage
(1 our 2 mm between the plastic rings and the Y carriage .. )
Maybe the Y carriage or the bed was not perfectly flat ..
Thanks for the remark concerning the cables I put them up ..
(It was not bothering the print but they were sometime touching the side of the bed indeed ..)

I have the same problem, and thought about it to fix it exactly how you did it. But then I just couldn´t damage the i3 prusa aluminum frame. but mechanicly your solution is very good.

We never had to do this on hundreds of prebuilt printers we sold preassembled.
I think the cause is that one of the screws is out of alignment.
You need to do the calibration preheated.
Also you can take out the bed from the printer when cold and flex the pcb couple times in both direction to release the tension inside the material 🙂

The problems in this thread ar most likely build issues caused by not precisely following the instructions.

There seems to be a consensus that a twisted frame causes this problem.

Thank you peter i have tried all the tips but still no luck. i think I'm gonna re assemble the printer again.
