"falling down" support material

Hi all guys, yesterday i try to slice Marvin (stl downloaded from 3dhub) using the Detail .25mm nozzle preset in slic3r,the only option i have change is "with sheath around the" to see what happen when the support will be print attached to the heat bed.

then.....i have a problem with that, because before a total 5mm heigh was reached the support fall down.....i have try to use a higher brim option to bond the support to the base, they don't fall down but is hard to remove it.

have you any idea how to fix it?

thank you.

Re: "falling down" support material

Well, the 0.25 nozzle preset is for 0.25mm nozzles. The Mk2 is shipped with a 0.4mm nozzle so maybe you are trying to significantly under-extrude?

When using supports, Z-lift may help.
