Adhension-First Print Issue

Some how the throat connecting the block to the heat dissipater bent slightly.
No idea how, I don't print super hot exotics, just PLA.

I had a spare one and installed it.

Couldn't get prints to stick.
Reran the calibration setup.

Live Z up? Down? How do I get it to stick?

I would turn the speed down to 50% on the LCD, to give you longer to adjust the changes, and I would start by going to a digger negative number (lowering the extruder a little), make small adjustments... if the surface gets worse, you are going the wrong way!
