shifting layers on X axis

I'm printing a small enclousure for a bar code reader but I'm getting what seems to be shifting layers on the X axis.

I've already made sure to have the belt tense and after tensing the problem has decreased but it's still there.

No problem on the y axis. ( Actually there was the same problem but I solved it tensioning the belt).

Any suggestions?

I'm printing with ABST at 255 ºC / 100 ºC.

Re: shifting layers on X axis

Try checking your X-belt tension. It might be loose and cause the X motor skip steps.

Actually this is the result having the X-belt tensioned. Before the shifting was much worse.

How about the set screw on your belt gear on the x motor? It happens when it came loose. Check that as well.
