Removing flex from PEI sheet?
Any tips for removing semi-flex from the PEI sheet?
Its really difficult as a spatula wont get under it.

use gluestick before you print 🙂
other than that, the only thing that helps,m is that the print is flexible and you can bend it up. Try a razor on one edge to get purchase, and then spatula?

Not much help now, but I use talcum powder rubbed into the PEI before I print with TPU / TPE...
and PETG...

What is the cooling spray trick? I can't find anything about it.

One last ditch possibility: If you can heat the bed up to temps where the material softens, you might be able to get it to peel up. There's a risk of the printed part deforming however.

Put the sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes or more (longer for larger parts), see if that helps the parts release during a flex.

Freezer or cooling spry works for me. Print reeases automatically.
