Refilling filament during printing
It is a silly question, but how do I change filament when I am printing?
When I pause the print job then the extruder stays above the model. When I now want to unload the filament because it is running out of filament and load a new roll. Can I move the extruder somewhere else manually and when I resume it continues where it left off?

Press the LCD knob, select Tune/Change Filament
