Print ends too soon

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to print a part I modeled using solidworks and something strange is happening: it reaches 100% too soon. It is supposed to be 51 mm tall and it ends at 41 mm. Everyting looks good in slicer, but I think I'm doing something wrong when I export the STL to gcode.

Does anybody know what could be the cause? Thanks in advance. By the way, I'm using the default settings for PLA.

I've heard of this happening if you print from SD card and remove the SD card from the computer before it has copied the whole gcode file. If you could post the stl and gcode in a zip file we may be able to help.

Did you wait the gcode generation process end before copying the file to SD card? It is not quite straightforward that after clicking "Export gcode" button and filename input, it might take quite a long time until gcode gets saved. If you don't wait, you'll get only partially generated gcode.

You were right! I was doing it wrong over and over. Finally, I generared the code again, giving it enough time and the print was great. Thank you very much!

I did the same mistake. Now I check the gcode file with a gcode viewer and you immediately see if it's 100%
