Mounts not printed

I have some beginners problems with my Original Prusa MK2S products, but I think it has nothing to do with the printer itself.
Firts I made a design of a bezel in 123D Desing. See the attachment.

I exported it as .STL and loaded it in Slic3r Prusa Edition. See the ather attachment.

In both cases you van see 8 mounts for screws.
The printed product, misses 2 of them. See the picture.

I probably did something stupid, but I do not know what.

Is it possible to do a direct print in Prusa Control?
I directly print from Slic3r, does that require the pc to be on as long as the print lasts?

Re: Mounts not printed

How does the sliced preview look like?

Does your model contain any errors (check the lower right part of slic3r)?

I would recommend you either copy your gcode to the provided SD card or print from a dedicated server (e.g. Raspberry Pi with OctoPrint) The savest bet is the SD, every other connection with remote control can interrupt and would destroy the print. Yes, the computer as to run the whole time during the print.
But I think your problem is not related to this because the file was printed except for the two mounts. If the print would have failed due to communication issues the model would look completely different (mid print failure)

No errors were mentioned, but in the sliced preview, the mount were also missing.
Thank you for the help.

Re: Mounts not printed

You're welcome.
If you want to upload the STL file I can have a look, maybe there are just settings missing...
