Makerbot filament temperature
I'm on the learning phase with my i3 mk2, and have many spools of Makerbot PLA filament that I'd like to use. But the quality and speed of print berween the Prusa and the other brand lead me to just park the other printer in a closet.
I just tried loading the Makerbot PLA 1.75 dia filament into the Prusa and was only able to with the extruder temp set to 245. This seems really hot for PLA. Has anyone else played with this overpriced PLA filament and can recommend a temperature profile?
