Lines on top finishing layer
Hi all, can someone suggest what might be the cause of the lines on top finishing layer? Thank you.

It's because of the square holes getting in the way. I clashes with the 45degree default infill angle.
Maybe you could try to change the angle to 0 degree or 90 degrees.
In Slic3r: Print Settings>Infill>Fill angle

Or try "concentric" as the bottom/top fill pattern.
