First layer has lifting within the print surface, how to fix?

Running single layer calibration print and the right side looks great. The others look terrible. I recently did a firmware update to the new RC, and then ran a full xyz recalibrate and z adjust (-0.400 currently).

i tried dropping pla temps to 190C but that didn't seem to do much. 210 seems better.. I then tried to raise z height, but that just made the pla not stick the pei.

Reverse side:

I have similar issues though not that bad. I think that the mesh leveling doesn't cancel out minor differences in height of the bed. In my case it's not bad enough that I want to try to figure it out, but it's definitely there.

Whats weird is that I've been able to print stuff with amazing first layer, but this single layer test with this silver filament is garbage. I don't know if its poor quality filament, temp settings, print speed, calibration, etc... just looking for clues how to improve it.

Clean the bed with acetone and run the calibration print to completion. If the Calibration Print job doesn't finish it doesn't save the live z-axis tune
