Cura wont print due to not fitting the heatbed????

Well, cura itself is showing the size of the object wich is correct compared to 123d.

See for yourself:

Now why does cura say this will not fit the mk2 heatbed?

It does seem a tight fit. Check your Cura settings. Do you have brims/skirts activated in Cura? Printing that near the bed boundaries can be difficult.

Boaz

You have skirt selected. If you don't need it, turn it off.

Skirt is simply a line around the printed object; its main purpose is to ensure the filament is flowing properly prior to a print.

The existing Slic3r "Original" profile already prints a line at the front of the bed to do the same, so a skirt is not really required. You should ensure that Cura start GCode does the same.

A brim on the other hand is a layer (or two) joined to the perimeter of the model to help the model stick to the bed, It does not look as though you are using a brim and it is probably not required for your model.

Turn off the skirt and you should be fine.
